Negotiated plea to an A misdemeanor with repleader to Disorderly Conduct, return of $15 million and non-prosecution agreement of Money Laundering, Income Tax Evasion, Tax Fraud and Commercial Bribery related offenses.

    Nassau County Court, New York: Alleged organized crime figure charged with Enterprise Corruption and Promoting Gambling; facing 25 years’ incarceration. Plea deal to a misdemeanor with a fine.

    Criminal Court, Kings County, New York: Charged with Failure to File Personal Income Tax Returns from 2005-2011, Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Evasion. Prevented indictment; negotiated global settlement with District Attorney’s Office, Internal Revenue Service and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance. Defendant to make restitution in installment payments in exchange for dismissal of criminal charges.
